Bradleys Fish and Chips is a family owned, father and son business based in Northern Brittany near the attractive village of Guerlesquin in Eastern Finistere.
They provide a mobile Fish and Chips facility visiting various locations in the region on a weekly basis.
Their trailer was designed and custom built by the leading Fish range manufacturer and installer in the UK.

Both Graeme and Scott have experience of running a bar and restaurant in the local area for over ten years.
During this time, Graeme has organized catering for local events and functions including food preparation, cooking and service.

Graeme and Scott have undertaken the National Federation of Fish Friers training course in the UK. This course includes Food safety, practical sessions - including fish, chip and batter preparation and frying techniques.

Graeme also holds Level 2 Food Hygiene and Level 2 Health & Safety in the Workplace qualifications.

Their fish is sourced from a Certified Sustainable Seafood supplier in Iceland and their chipped potatoes are supplied by a local Breton supplier, who themselves source their potatoes as locally as possible.

They are also available to provide outside catering for celebrations, special events etc. and will quote with an all-in price.
